1. From inside the app
Open Phantia → Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm with Face ID / Touch ID / passcode.
Your account is suspended immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days.
2. From the web
Send an email to deletion@phantia.app from the email tied to your account.
Subject: "Delete my account".
Include any additional context that helps us locate your account.
We respond within 5 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.
3. What we delete
Profile, posts, messages, follows, settings, push tokens, biometric flags, analytics identifiers.
4. What we keep
Financial records required by Turkish Tax Procedure Law (10 years).
Anti-fraud signals such as device fingerprints (90 days).
Moderation evidence relating to safety reports (12 months).
5. Creators with active payouts
We must reconcile pending payouts before final deletion. This may take up to 30 additional days.
