1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms form a binding contract between you and Phantia Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Phantia").
If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher).
Some features such as creator earnings and adult-rated content require you to be 18+.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.
Notify us immediately at security@phantia.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post.
You grant Phantia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and transmit your content for the purpose of operating the service.
You promise that your content does not infringe anyone's rights and complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't post illegal, harmful or sexually-explicit content involving minors.
Don't impersonate, harass, threaten or dox other people.
Don't try to break, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Purchases & Phantia Coins
Phantia Coins are a digital service. Once a Coin is consumed (sent as a tip, gift, premium message, fortune reading, etc.) it cannot be returned.
Refunds for unused Coins follow Apple's, Google's and your local consumer-law rules — see the Refund Policy.
Subscriptions auto-renew through Apple/Google and can be cancelled in the platform's standard subscription settings.
7. Creator economy
Creators must complete identity verification (KYC) and accept our Creator Terms before earning.
Phantia retains a clearly disclosed platform fee on each transaction.
We may withhold payouts where fraud, refunds or chargebacks are suspected, in line with applicable law.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Phantia in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by Turkish law.
Disputes go to the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction in your country of residence.
12. Changes
Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance through in-app banners, email and this page.
