1. iOS — Apple App Store
Apple processes all refunds for App Store and Phantia Coin purchases on iOS.
Use https://reportaproblem.apple.com or open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Phantia cannot process Apple-side refunds directly but can support your request.
2. Android — Google Play
Google processes refunds via play.google.com/store/account.
Refunds within 48 hours are usually automated; older requests are reviewed manually.
3. Consumed Coins
Coins that have already been spent (tips, gifts, fortune readings, premium messages) are non-refundable because the digital service has been delivered.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected — write to refunds@phantia.app if you believe a transaction is faulty.
4. Subscriptions
Cancel any time from your platform's subscription settings.
You keep the benefits until the end of the current billing period.
5. Merchant payments
For purchases made on the Phantia merchant portal, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of an approved request.
