Account

How do I create an account?
Download Phantia from the App Store or Google Play, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. Or write to deletion@phantia.app.
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the email link.
Can I have more than one account?
Yes — up to three personal accounts per device, plus a separate creator account if you opt in.

Phantia Coins

What are Phantia Coins?
Coins are the in-app currency for tips, gifts, premium messages and live perks.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for unspent Coins follow Apple's and Google's standard processes — see the Refund Policy.
Do Coins expire?
No. Your balance carries over for as long as your account is active.
Are Coins transferable between users?
Coins themselves are not transferable, but you can spend them on tips and gifts that creators receive as net earnings.

Creators

Who can earn on Phantia?
Anyone aged 18+ who completes our identity verification and accepts the Creator Terms.
What's the platform fee?
We retain a clearly disclosed percentage on each transaction. See Creator Terms.
When am I paid out?
Weekly, every Monday, with a USD 50 minimum balance.
Which countries are supported?
Most of the world — see the up-to-date list inside the app under Settings → Creator → Payments.

Privacy

Where is my data stored?
On Supabase EU and Apple's CDN, with strict access controls.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Settings → Privacy → Download my data.
Is Phantia end-to-end encrypted?
Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted; live rooms are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Does Phantia use my photos to train AI?
No. Your content is not used to train any model unless you opt in via a clearly labelled feature.

Live & rooms

How many people can join a live room?
Audio rooms scale to thousands; live video starts at 50 viewers and grows automatically as needed.
Can I record a live session?
Yes — recording is opt-in and clearly disclosed to participants.
