1. Licence grant
Phantia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Phantia application on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You will not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the application.
You will not remove copyright or other proprietary notices.
You will not use the application to build a competing service.
3. User-generated content
You retain ownership of the content you create.
You grant Phantia the licence described in the Terms of Service for the sole purpose of operating the service.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. In-app purchases
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google.
Phantia Coins are a consumable digital item. Refund requests follow the platform's standard process and the Refund Policy.
5. Updates & support
Phantia may release updates that fix bugs, improve performance and add features. Some updates may be required to keep using the service.
Support is available at support@phantia.app and inside the app.
6. Third-party terms
The application incorporates third-party software and services subject to their own licences. A complete list is available in Settings → About → Licences.
7. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
On termination you must stop using the application and delete it from your devices.
8. No warranty
The application is provided "as is" and "as available".
Phantia disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
9. Apple-specific terms
You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Phantia and not with Apple.
Phantia, not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content.
In the event of a conflict between this EULA and the Apple Media Services Terms, the Apple Media Services Terms will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by Turkish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
